The architecture reflects the transitional edge by providing a taller, more contemporary corner element, while stepping down the building along Pierce street, toward the single family neighbors. The units along Pierce provide exterior masonry stoops connecting unit entrances to the public walk. Balconies, bays, and pop-up dormers address both Pierce and Kenilworth units with a blend of brick veneer, cementitious paneling and siding, and aluminum railings and accents. The roofing material reflects traditional architectural shingles and slope.
